The exhibition “Glimpses of the world. Franco Albini the photographer” offers an in-depth analysis on his profession as an architect, not by studying his works, but by trying to grasp the allegory in his focus, by presenting original black and white photographs in different formats, taken by Albini during the span of many years: from the end of the thirties to mid fifties. Giving attention to subjects which prepare us for, or remind us of, his architectural projects.
A fluid and clear journey is offered in this exhibition through diverse images which are not only visual metaphors, but also important documents of that time: simple and accessible objects which carry us emotionally to the inner experience of the man.
